República Virtual CEP
One of the oldest free CEP webservices in Brazil (predates ViaCEP), still referenced in developer guides and multi-provider CEP-fallback libraries. No public status page or login (open API).
Resend
Newer transactional-email API with strong developer-tooling positioning (React Email integration); distinct target audience from Postmark/SendGrid/Mailgun/SES's more enterprise-oriented positioning. Has a public status page.
SendGrid
Owned by Twilio since 2019; status-page migration to status.twilio.com scheduled for July 29, 2026, so this URL may need updating post-migration. Widely used by Brazilian SaaS products for transactional email.
Serpro
Founded 1964; the authoritative government IT provider behind much of Brazil's tax/CPF/CNPJ data infrastructure, also co-operates gov.br's SSO with SGD (see the separate gov.br catalog entry under Government, already covering that login surface — not duplicated here). No public status page found.
Twilio
Global communications-API company (San Francisco-headquartered) used by many Brazilian businesses for SMS/voice/WhatsApp integrations; owns SendGrid (see separate entry). Public status page confirmed live with real-time incident tracking.
ViaCEP
Widely embedded in Brazilian checkout/signup forms for CEP-to-address autofill (data sourced from IBGE, GIA/ICMS, ANATEL, SIAFI). No public status page found; developers monitor via direct API calls. No login page — the API is open, no authentication required.
Vonage APIs
Formerly Nexmo; global CPaaS competitor to Twilio/Bird/Infobip, used by Brazilian businesses for SMS/voice/verification APIs. Public status page confirmed live (200 OK), organized into SMS/Messages, Video, Voice, and Authentication service groups.
WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API)
Genuinely distinct developer/business surface from the consumer WhatsApp app (already catalogued separately under Social Media, CRO-265) — uses Graph API endpoints, OAuth, message templates, and webhooks rather than the consumer app's interface. Shares Meta's shared status infrastructure.
WideNet CEP
Long-standing CEP lookup provider referenced alongside ViaCEP and Correios in multi-provider CEP-fallback libraries (e.g. BrasilAPI/cep-promise); distinguishes itself by tracking CEP splits/changes over time. No public status page or login (open API).
Zenvia
São Paulo-headquartered (also Argentina/Mexico offices); an official Meta Business Solution Provider for WhatsApp. Genuinely Brazil-native, unlike most other entries in this category. Public status page confirmed.
